In Georgia urged residents not to go to cemeteries
Approaches to cemeteries in Georgia are closed as part of measures to reduce the risk of coronavirus spread. This is reported on April 28 by the press service of the department. Roads leading to cemeteries are controlled by police. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia calls on citizens to stay at home, the message from the Ministry of Internal Affairs reads. The press service also calls on the residents of the country to stay at home so as not to risk health. Recall, in Georgia there was a tradition to visit graves of relatives the day after Easter. In order to prevent the accumulation of large numbers of people in cemeteries, the Georgian Government adopted a decree temporarily prohibiting their visit.
