Activists in Canada offered to distribute cocaine and heroin to drug addicts

Heroin and cocaine were offered free drug addicts by activists of the Drug Users Liberation Front (DULF) movement in Vancouver, Canada. This was reported on June 24 by DH News Vancouver.
