"They bear responsibility, first of all, to the Georgian public and responsibility to all the parties that signed the March 8 agreement, Mdinaradze told reporters. He recalled that the ambassadors of the United States, the European Union and Germany, who were mediators in signing the agreement, urged everyone to support the reform. Parties that refused to take part in the vote, it turns out that call was ignored. Recall that the Parliament of Georgia on June 23 in the second reading adopted a bill on amending the Constitution as part of the elected reform. UNM and European Georgia refused to take part in the vote. 115 deputies voted for the bill with the required minimum of 113.
