A light touch of the Central Bank: how the rate cut will affect the ruble

Again, the Central Bank changed its key interest rate amid a collapse in business activity. But this time has done without revolutionary measures. Bet is relieved only by a quarter percent -- to 4.25%. Experts are unanimous in the opinion that such a move controller almost will not affect the rate on your mortgage nor on the exchange rate.
