Lukashenko insane: why Minsk staged an anti-Russian provocation

Provocation with the detention of Russian citizens in Minsk need to President Alexander Lukashenko for intimidation of the electorate, experts say. The Belarusian leader is not the first time uses this technique, however, the first accusations addressed to Moscow. Actions of the Belarusian authorities increasingly resemble the actions of their colleagues from Ukraine.
