Minimum profit for the budget: what is happening in state-owned companies

State-owned companies transfer a minimum of net profit to the budget and do not have a development strategy, the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation concluded. The program to nationalize the Russian economy is postponed from year to year and will not be implemented by 2024. And there are reasons for this - officials are not interested in the privatization of state property, experts say.
